The cover is designed for common wash brushes, including those at self-service car washes. Its adjustable elasticated fastening holds it on the brush head. Before washing, check that all bristles are covered and the cover is secure.
Brush shapes and sizes vary. Tuck the fastening inside the cover to keep it away from the paintwork.
Yes. The fabric allows water and foam to pass through, including when cleaning solution is supplied directly through the brush. Fully soak the cover before touching the paintwork and check that enough wash solution reaches the surface.
Pre-wash the vehicle and inspect the brush and cover for dirt. Only use them when clean. Work with plenty of wash solution and light pressure. After use, remove, rinse and wash at no more than 30 °C without fabric softener. Dry in a well-ventilated place.
A cover does not replace a clean brush. Do not use it on wheels or wheel arches and then return to the paintwork.
A gentler way to wash
Turn bristles into a soft washing surface. Our Brush Cover wraps the brush head in fine microfibre. With a clean brush and a secure fit, the bristles do not touch the paintwork directly.
Foam still reaches the surface. The permeable fabric lets water and cleaning solution pass through. You can keep using your brush's foam supply while working with a well-soaked cover.
Easy to fit. Ready to reuse. Pull it over the brush, adjust the fastening and tuck it inside. After washing, remove and clean the cover for its next use on your car, van or motorhome.
Cleanliness is still essential: Sand and dirt trapped in microfibre can cause scratches. Inspect the brush and cover thoroughly before every use.
Rinse loose dirt off the vehicle. Rinse the brush and cover thoroughly and check for foreign particles.
Cover the entire brush head, tighten the fastening and tuck it inside. Check the fit and fully soak the cover.
Use light pressure and plenty of foam, rinsing regularly. Afterwards, remove the cover, wash at up to 30 °C without fabric softener and air dry.
Never use dry. Clean thoroughly after contact with the ground. Follow the rules and instructions at your self-service car wash.
