Combine cleaner and the right tool

For light dirt, wheel cleaner followed by rinsing may be enough. Use a suitable brush or wheel mitt to help remove persistent residue.

When do I need a brush?

When dirt has not loosened sufficiently after the specified dwell time. Choose a shape and reach that fit the wheel and avoid excessive pressure.

Can I use my wheel mitt on paintwork too?

Keep wheel and paint washing separate. Brake dust and hard particles must not be transferred to paint. Clean the tools thoroughly after use.
