A thorough pre-wash, plenty of wash solution and frequent rinsing are essential for a gentle hand wash.
You receive one black and red microfibre wash mitt. Its long, soft pile holds plenty of wash solution. The elasticated cuff keeps the mitt secure on your wrist as you guide it across the surface with light pressure.
Use a separate wash tool for wheels and heavily soiled areas to keep their dirt particles away from your paintwork.
Rinse thoroughly after washing and machine wash at no more than 40 °C without fabric softener. Leave to air dry and store in a clean place.
Check for trapped particles before every use. If the mitt touches the ground, clean it thoroughly before using it again. Keep separate wash tools for wheels and paintwork.
Gentle hand washing
Soft fibres for an especially gentle hand wash. Our Car Wash Mitt uses long, fine microfibres to absorb wash solution and loosened dirt as you glide it over the paintwork with light pressure.
A gentle wash starts with enough lubrication. High water absorption keeps the mitt saturated with shampoo solution and helps it glide. Thorough pre-washing and frequent rinsing help reduce the risk of wash scratches caused by dragging dirt across the surface.
A secure fit without unnecessary pressure. The elasticated cuff holds the mitt on your wrist, letting you wash the bonnet, roof and doors with steady movements and light contact.
Large panels and small details: Use this mitt for the main body panels, FingerFit for tight contours and a dedicated wash tool for the wheels.
Rinse off loose dirt thoroughly. Dilute your car shampoo as directed and fully soak the mitt in the wash solution.
Work section by section with light pressure. Rinse the mitt frequently in a separate bucket and reload with wash solution. Clean heavily soiled areas last.
Rinse and dry the vehicle thoroughly. Rinse the mitt, wash at up to 40 °C without fabric softener if needed, and leave to air dry.
Work in the shade on cool surfaces. Do not allow shampoo to dry. Check the mitt for foreign particles before every use.
