Place the car wash bucket on a stable surface and fill it with water and a suitable car shampoo.
Insert the grit guard so that dirt particles stay at the bottom and your wash mitt is always rinsed in clean water.
Wash the vehicle from top to bottom. Rinse the wash mitt regularly in the bucket and wipe it across the grit guard. This allows dirt to sink to the bottom and reduces the risk of scratches in the paint.
