When is a flat wheel brush useful?

When there is limited space between spokes or between the wheel barrel and brake caliper. The flat head makes it easier to reach areas where a bulky round brush will not fit.

Available space depends on the wheel and braking system. Always insert the brush without force; it is not a universal fit.

What is included, and can I replace the cover?

You receive one flat wheel brush with a fitted microfibre cover. Remove the cover for cleaning and replace it with a compatible cover when worn. Additional replacement covers are not included.

How do I keep the microfibre cover clean?

Rinse regularly while cleaning. After use, remove the cover, wash out all cleaner and dirt, and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place. Clean without fabric softener and check for particles or damage before the next use.

Only use with an intact, fully fitted cover. The brush body must not touch the wheel directly.

Better access in tight spaces

Thorough cleaning, even where space is tight.

A flat profile for hard-to-reach areas. Between narrow spokes and around the brake caliper, tool shape matters. The flat brush head takes cleaning into spaces a thicker brush cannot reach.

Soft microfibre against the wheel. The cover forms the contact surface. Use plenty of liquid and light pressure to target dirt; the long handle helps you reach deeper areas.

Replace the cover. Keep the brush. Remove the cover for cleaning and replace it when worn, without replacing the entire brush.

How to use your Flat Wheel Brush

Inspect & wet the cover
Pre-clean the cool wheel and rinse off loose dirt. Fully fit an undamaged cover, check it is secure and wet it with water.
Clean tight spaces
Use a suitable wheel cleaner. Guide the flat head carefully through openings with enough clearance, using light pressure and rinsing regularly.
Rinse & clean the cover
Rinse the wheel thoroughly. Remove the cover, wash out dirt and cleaner, and leave both brush and cover to dry in a well-ventilated place.

Do not use dry, without its cover or on hot wheels. Do not allow cleaner to dry. If you feel resistance, do not push or lever the brush.
