Important: Always use clay lubricant. Only use on paintwork if you plan to polish afterwards, as claying can leave fine marring.
When thoroughly washed paintwork still feels rough or has bonded particles. Our Allround Clay Bar removes contamination left behind by washing, such as iron fallout particles, tar spots and industrial deposits.
For gloss paintwork before polishing, glass and compatible smooth surfaces. Test compatibility first; do not use on matt paint or textured plastics. A clay bar does not remove scratches.
You receive three clay bars in your chosen size: 150 g or 300 g in total, with a storage box. Both options have the same Allround grade. The 3 × 100 g option provides more material for regular detailing.
Take only a portion and keep the rest clean. Discard used clay if visibly dirty or dropped on the ground. Allow cold, hard clay to reach room temperature before use.
A clay bar can be moulded to fit and guided precisely around contours. For manual use on smooth surfaces, the Clay Sponge is a rinse-clean alternative. For larger areas with a dual-action polisher, choose the Clay Disc.

Professional preparation before polishing
Contamination belongs off the paintwork, not in your polishing pad. Our clay removes firmly bonded particles before paint correction, leaving a cleaner, noticeably smoother surface to work on.
Mouldable for precise use. The Allround grade combines thorough cleaning with controlled handling. Shape your portion to suit the panel and its contours; unused clay stays protected in the box.
Wash the vehicle thoroughly. Knead a small portion of clay until soft, then apply plenty of lubricant to the paintwork and clay.
Use short passes with light pressure. Maintain lubrication and inspect the clay continuously. Replace visibly contaminated material immediately.
Remove residue and inspect the paintwork. Polish afterwards, and only apply protection once the remaining preparation is complete.
Never use dry. Test on an inconspicuous area and keep replenishing the lubricant. Stop immediately if particles become trapped or the working surface is damaged.
